Encoder Scrolling in Library Views#153

It would be useful to connect an encoder to the scroll bar of the libraries screens to do a fine scroll. This would be very useful to overcome the problem that using the scroll without doing a search is very difficult to use and also very useful in the case of a partial search that still shows a large number of fixtures. Using an encoder it would be easy to scroll the list of fixtures.

I agree, but I think this needs a properly developed concept on how to handle and display it to the user. As such, I don’t think this will be able to make it into 1.1.0.

A proper concept would also enable #191 relatively easy, plus the use of encoders in other views or popups.
