Encoder Scrolling in Patch Table#191

Is it possible to have one of the encoders work as a scroll wheel. For example when in the patch if scrolling through fixtures whether they are patched or not generally results in selecting them rather than scrolling. The scroll bar at the side is way to sensitive to accurately scroll through lists.

I agree this would make sense, altough it would need some sort of different concept for the user interface which does not yet exist.
