Change Fan- Button Behaviour to MA2 Like behaviour#4

When fan is on, it should be toggled off after touching a different encoder; eg:

• I turn fan on.
• I turn the Pan Encoder
• I turn the Tilt Encoder -> Fan is turned off before the value is set

In V1.1.0 Fan will turned off when the feature group or subgroup is changed, or when the progammer is cleared.
