Add a Toolbar with "Save Show, New Show, Open Show and Delete Show" to Shows Table#194

What do you think about adding a new bar in the Show view below the search bar with the buttons: 1) Save Show, 2) New Show, 3) Open Show, 4) Delete Show?

I think this would break the concept of the magic wand button. Once we do this in one view, it would probably also expected in pretty much all other views.

I would like to leave this issue open for reconsideration when we get into planning for Version 1.2.0
