Confirmation New Show created#177

Create New Show - after entering Name, no confirmation is displayed that New Show has been created

But the new show is opened and the screen changes to the patch view?
I do not think adding another information message here in between would improve the workflow.

I’d like to see how this is upvoted by other customers over time before committing to changes here.
