Enter key on touchscreen keyboard#176

Add Enter key on touchscreen keyboard in the empty space center-right, where we would expect an Enter key on a standard computer keyboard.

The keypad has been made with the enter key position on real-world consoles in mind, rather than USB keyboards.

If we make the changes here, I’d personally like to have this configurable. I see where you are coming from, however I also think this depends on muscle memory and personal preference.

Also, I’d like to keep this post open to see how this is upvoted over time.

I think OffbeatBinoculars260 refers to the virtual keyboard layout, not the virtual number block. I’m fine with the number block as is, but it would be great to have an ENTER button where you expect it on the keyboard, so you don’t have to use the OK button to confirm.

I would expect the Enter key on the onscreen keyboard in the orange marked position.

Ahh woops! Yes, you are right, now I see what you mean.

Reason we did not do so is that it shifts the buttons to rather uncommon positions.

However we’ll look into it.

After receiving a lot of unfavourable feedback from pre-testing, we have decided to remove the in-line enter key.
It causes a layout shift that results in unintuitive positions of the other buttons, and furthermore since all the text is single-line only does not provide many benefits.
