My console isn’t recognizing USB sticks in any of its three USB ports.
I’ve tested two different drives—one 256 GB and one 32 GB—both formatted to FAT32, but neither of them is detected.

Can you try a deep format with RUFUS or another tool? Do any other peripherals (Mouse, Keyboard) work on the USB Ports?

Also, can you connect a stick and try to export a show and then send us a foto of the last few lines of the console_client log, which can be found in Menu -> System -> Maintenance -> View Log Files?

if still required, I had the same issue and fixed it by first checking out the USB ports were active: connect a mouse or keyboard. When that is confirmed, then export a show to a FAT32 USB stick. the software creates a folder called “edge” in the root folder. in there, you’ll find subfolders like “factor_library”, “image_import_export”, etc.

So your issue is solved?

Hi . Same issue for me. So it is important to first export a show to the USB stick to create the right EDGE folder on the stick recognised by the system…

You can also create the folder structure on your computer, it does not need to be created by the edge software.
This is, for example also outlined in the user manual such as https://edgecontrol.it/docs/5/System-Settings-Tab#updating-edge-using-usb
https://edgecontrol.it/docs/5/System-Settings-Tab#updating-the-fixture-library-using-usb
as well as when importing images
https://edgecontrol.it/docs/9/Image_Pool[#912](/912)-importing-new-images
yes, but first, I tried to create the folder structure on the computer (macOS), but it didn’t work — the console couldn’t find the folders on the USB stick. It was only after creating the structure using the console that it worked. It’s not a big issue, but it’s something to be aware of…

Hm, thats strange - I usually create it on my Mac / Windows PC. It’s important though that the spelling is the same and that everything is lowercase as Linux is case sensitive.
