External Monitor slow down the software#132

Trying to connect a 4k monitor to the HDMI port causes the software to slow down. This is visible on the external monitor but also on the internal screen. If it is necessary to resolve the slowdown, we need to limit the monitor resolution to FullHD.

In 1.1, Users will have the ability to set the resolution for the connected screen and change the arrangement / positioning of the screen relative to the internal screen.
