"Ghost" preset color icon after deleting fixtures#128

Record some preset for a fixture and set a color for icon, delete the fixture from the patch. Record other preset for another fixture in the same preset pool and same preset ID.

The new preset have the color icon as the previuos presets deleted as for fixture removing.
