Indications on the battery charge status.#122

We would need an indication of the battery charge, even if indicative and not always precise.
The idea is the following:
using the voltage value read from the power card it can be converted into a 3 bar level by obtaining this data from the battery discharge curves. We can use a rather widespread curve for lithium cells like the one in the attachment, and consider that 14V batteries have 4 cells and 28V ones have 8. The conversion for the 14V battery could be:

• 3 bars above 15V
• 2 bars in the values ​​between 15V and 13.6V
• 1 bar below 13.6V
• 1 flashing bar with related alerts below 13V (Warning level)

For the 28V battery it would be sufficient to double the values.

It would be very nice to be able to have a battery icon that changes based on what was said above, and still leave the voltage indication and also use the color change that already happens now from green to yellow to red. This will obviously not always be accurate for all batteries but it will be for most. The icon should be horizontal to make it larger than it currently is and show the voltage indication to the right. What do you think? Can we do this in release 1?
